We prioritize professional growth through a structured and supportive framework. We offer weekly one-on-one supervision as a mutual commitment to professional development, alongside group supervision sessions that facilitate peer learning and collaboration.

Our approach promotes the integration of training topics into supervisory moments, addressing larger agency and professional issues to bring them to a level where they can be effectively addressed. We shift the focus of supervision from accountability and blame to mentoring, emphasizing the importance of experience, competency building, and reflective practice.

Key components include: making sense of the supervisee’s emerging professional development, setting supervisory targets, enhancing assessment and treatment planning skills, and understanding the relationship between competencies and work tasks.

Engaging in reflective conversations is a cornerstone of our supervision, incorporating theoretical frameworks, modeling, and discussions about the supervisory relationship. A comprehensive follow-through plan supports the training, integrating it into everyday practice through work plans, mentoring, supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing inquiry and evaluation.
